Übersicht
François Pignon arbeitet als Buchhalter in einer Kondomfabrik. Eines Tages erfährt er zufällig, dass er entlassen werden soll. Zusammen mit seinem Nachbar entwickelt er den Plan sich als Homosexueller zu outen. Er hofft, dass sein Chef es nicht wagt ihn zu feuern, da es als diskriminierend verstanden werden kann. Zunächst geht der Plan auf.
