Hosted by superstar Mohanlal, the season followed the theme "Battle of the Originals" and featured 18 diverse contestants, including a selected commoner entry for the first time. Movie director and writer Akhil Marar emerged as the title winner, taking home ₹50 lakh and a car, while TV actress Reneesha Rahiman finished as the runner-up.
