Sinopsis
Cuando Covid-19 llegó a la ciudad de Nueva York en 2020, el cineasta Matthew Heineman obtuvo acceso único a uno de los sistemas hospitalarios más afectados de Nueva York. La película resultante se centra en los médicos, enfermeras y pacientes en primera línea durante la "primera ola" de marzo a junio de 2020. Cada una de sus distintas historias sirve como un microcosmos para entender cómo la ciudad sobrevivió a la peor pandemia en un siglo.
