Sinopsis
Dengan datangnya zaman es, tiga makhluk prasejarah yang tidak serasi – Manny si mamut berbulu, Diego si harimau bertaring tajam, dan Sid si kungkang raksasa – menemukan bayi yatim piatu dan memutuskan untuk mengembalikannya kepada orang tua manusianya.
