Trama
Caractacus, strampalato inventore senza un soldo in tasca, tenta di vendere i Toot Sweets, deliziosi bon bon, all'industriale Scrumptious, ma senza successo. Senza perdersi d'animo inventa una meravigliosa auto, Citty Citty Bang Bang, con la quale - assieme ai suoi due figli e a Stella, figlia di Scrunptious - vivrà fantastiche avventure in un regno lontano.
