Trama
Un medico legale (Rea), aiutato da un colonnello della Milizia (Sutherland), dedica 8 anni alla ricerca del serial killer che dal 1978 al 1990, in URSS, uccise 52 persone, inclusi bambini ed adolescenti. Dal libro di Robert Cullen “The Killer Department”, su Andrej Romanovič Čikatilo, il “Mostro di Rostov”.
