Trama
Stephen Byrne, uno scrittore fallito, strangola la domestica Emily che aveva resistito ad un suo tentativo di molestia sessuale, e cerca di far cader i sospetti su suo fratello che lo ha aiutato a nascondere il cadavere. Ma non saprà resistere alla tentazione di pubblicare, prendendo spunto dalla storia, un libro di successo.
