Trama
Tolkien, il film diretto da Dome Karukoski, esplora gli anni formativi dell’autore orfano quando trova amicizia, amore e ispirazione artistica tra un gruppo di emarginati a scuola. Questo lo porta allo scoppio della prima guerra mondiale, che minaccia di fare a pezzi la “Fellowship”. Tutte queste esperienze avrebbero ispirato Tolkien a scrivere i suoi famosi romanzi della Terra di Mezzo.
