Trama
Il privato è politico per il senatore Tynan, che nella scalata al potere sacrifica una storia d'amore per esibire l'ipocrita immagine di tranquillo marito e padre. Schatzberg, robusto artigiano di successo negli anni '70, tenta la denuncia moralistica del potere, ma gli vien fuori un fumettone high-class con ottimi attori sprecati.
