Trama
Attraverso un libro sul vampirismo David Gray sconfigge una setta di non-morti. Un capolavoro dell'horror tra espressionismo e onirismo, un grande film sperimentale in cui Dreyer lavora sul sonoro e u cromatismi bianchi accecanti. Celebre la sequenza della sepoltura in soggettiva, citata mille altre volte. Il film è ispirato a "Carmilla" di Sheridan Le Fanu.
