概要
1969年7月20日、アポロ11号が月面に着陸。ニール・アームストロング船長によって、月に初めて人類の足跡がしるされた。以降、72年までの間に12人の宇宙飛行士が月に降り立ったが、いまだ地球外の地に立った人間はその12人しかいない。NASA提供による初公開の映像や、アポロ11号のバズ・オルドリン、マイク・コリンズ、奇跡的な生還を果たしたアポロ13号のジム・ラベルら、アポロ計画で月へ向かった10人の宇宙飛行士たちが当時の体験を語るドキュメンタリー。
