Wanneer New York City wordt bedreigd, is de hulp van de Turtles meer dan welkom. Maar Raphael, Donatello en Michelangelo weten niet meer wat zij moeten doen. Het is nu aan Leonardo en zen-meester Splinter om hen weer op het juiste pad te krijgen en de Ninja Turtles in ere te herstellen.
