Overzicht
Parijs, 1912. Een golf van misdaad teistert het land. Minister van Binnenlandse Zaken, George Clemenceau, besluit dan ook om een mobiele brigade op te richten om de misdaad te bestrijden. Het is aan Commissaris Valentin en zijn twee inspecteurs Pujol en Terrasson om de golf van misdaad te stoppen.
