Overzicht
Zeven jaar na de gebeurtenissen bij Lake Placid blijken de gruwelijkheden zich te herhalen. Drie monsterlijke krokodillen, waaronder een vrouwtje dat haar nest eieren beschermt, zijn verantwoordelijk voor een reeks dodelijke ongevallen. De lokale sheriff, een jager en een natuurbeschermer bundelen hun krachten om Lake Placid voor eens en altijd veilig te maken.
