Overzicht
In 2012, na de gebeurtenissen in Digimon Adventure: Last Evolution Kizuna, moeten DigiDestined uit de vroege volwassenheid – Daisuke, Miyako, Iori, Takeru Takashi, Hikari en Ken – hun nieuwe verantwoordelijkheden verzoenen met hun Digimon-partners. Maar Rui Owada, een mysterieuze jongeman, verschijnt en beweert de eerste mens te zijn die samenwerkt met een Digimon-Ukkomon. Zou Rui echt de allereerste DigiDestined kunnen zijn?
