Igor przywraca do życia potwora Frankensteina i przyprowadza go do syna naukowca - Ludwika. Ludwik jest opętany chęcią przywrócenia potworowi jego dawnej mocy. Nie wie jednak, że jeszcze kilka innych osób ma swoje pomysły odnośnie do tego jaki mózg umieścić w czaszce potwora.
