W 1982 roku Wim Wenders poprosił 16 znanych reżyserów o komentarz na temat przyszłości kina, w wyniku czego powstał film „Pokój 666”. Teraz, 40 lat później, w Cannes, reżyserka Lubna Playoust zadaje nowemu pokoleniu filmowców to samo pytanie: „Czy kino jest językiem, który wkrótce zaginie, sztuką, która zmierza ku końcowi?”
