No início Hitler chega de avião, e é ovacionado por multidões, que saúdam o Führer totalmente hipnotizadas. Tudo é mostrado de forma gigantesca, as paradas, os desfiles militares e os jovens que louvam a suástica parecendo em total estado de catarse.
