Översikt
5 år har gått sedan händelserna i "Paranormal Activity 2" (2011). Då Katie blev besatt och kidnappade sin systerson Robbie. En nyinflyttad familj flyttar in i ett nytt modernt hem och får Katie och Robbie som grannar.
